If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can\u2019t offer you a full refund or exchange.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Certain items are non-returnable and non-refundable. These include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Downloadable software products<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Personalized or custom-made items<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Damaged or Defective Items<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Memory cards or software that has been opened.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><h2>Refunds<\/h2><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><b>Late or missing refunds<\/b><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you haven\u2019t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you\u2019ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@cybertechnics.lk<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><h2>Exchanges<\/h2><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@cybertechnics.lk and send your item to: CYBER TECHNICS, 132A, Pahala Mapitigama, Malwana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the unfortunate event that your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund, depending on your preference and product availability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><h2>Shipping returns<\/h2><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To return your product, you should mail your product to: CYBER TECHNICS, 132A, Pahala Mapitigama, Malwana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
